These terms apply to orders placed on steelyardcontainerco.co.za. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in South African rand. An order is only accepted once we confirm stock, the delivery cost and the delivery date in writing. Product photos are representative; used units vary in appearance and are sold according to the grade stated in the listing.

Payment

Payment is by EFT after we confirm your order. Units are released for delivery once payment has cleared.

Delivery and risk

You are responsible for providing safe, suitable access and a prepared base on site. Risk in the unit passes to you on delivery or collection.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
